The Perinatal Neonatal Quality Collaborative of Rhode Island (PNQCRI) is a statewide consortium of perinatal clinicians, hospitals, and policy makers and governmental entities that aims, through the use of improvement science, to reduce harm related to Presclampsia and Hypertension and improve maternal and birth outcomes across Rhode Island. PNQCRI involves subject matter experts, uses successful evidence-informed strategies, and employs data-driven quality improvement methods and well-accepted project management processes.
